Joaquín Mariano Mosquera y Arboleda (December 14, 1787, Popayán – April 4, 1878, Bogotá) was a Colombian statesman who served as President of Gran Colombia in two occasions between 1830 and 1831. He also served as ambassador to Argentina, Chile, and Peru with the purpose of creating unity amongst the emerging South American nations.
